Chef Information

Born and raised in the town of Bagan Serai, Perak, Sous Chef Nazib's life took a turn after completing his education at a local varsity when he chose to embark on his culinary career. Having worked with many chefs throughout his years in Hyatt, he slowly mastered himself into the world of authentic Malaysian cuisine, specialising in Malay and Chinese dishes.

Hailing from Andhra Pradesh, India, from early on Sous Chef Sanjay knew he had a passion for food and enjoyed creating dishes to please his family and friends. Till today, his individual signature is evident in his simple, lightly spiced, yet flavour-packed food, regardless of the location.
